Solar simulator is used for testing solar cells or solar modules output electrical properties, such as Voc, Isc, Pm, Vm, Im, Rs, Rsh,Eff, FF and so on. The system uses xenon lamp as light generator to simulate the sun light to effect testing. Gsola's solar simulator is highly integrated, operation and maintenance is easy, not special skill requirements to the manpower.
EL / PL Detector
GEL-M solar cell electroluminescence (EL) deficiency detector is the special machine that can inspect and research solar cell fabrication process, and is "eyes of the solar cell / module production". The deficiencies in the cells or modules can be clearly detected by photographic surveying of electroluminescence (EL), such as micro-crack, broken finger, low efficiency solar cell area, contamination, sintering problem, and so on.
